Xiao Xiao & Pickled White Radish

The awesome Fran Wilde invited me to talk about Xiao Xiao and a favorite recipe of mine. I love white radish pickles. 🙂

The level of sugar is up to you. You can actually put in a cup of sugar, or two tablespoons of it, to taste. The book’s recipe has a cup of sugar and four teaspoons to taste. But you can lower the amount of sugar a few notches. 🙂
